The setups

  • Attacks: Initech's inbox agent reads an email hiding an instruction to send internal numbers outside the company, with no defenses on, on three requests. A model that never calls its send tool can't leak, but it can't do its job either. Inside a Prompt Injection
  • The docs question: "Is there a Linux app?", which the help docs don't cover, with retrieval on. Saying so is right. Inside RAG
  • Strict eval: eight support tickets with the site's best prompt version, graded by a format check, an exact category match and an LLM judge. Inside an Eval
  • Agent loop: "Is it warmer in Charleston or Cleveland today, and by how many degrees?" with weather, calculator and search tools. More calls mean more cost and time. Inside an Agent Loop
  • Cost: the eight tickets' tokens at AI Gateway's list prices, per 1,000 tickets (the middle of the three runs). Prompt Caching & Cost

New models are added when they ship, often as a Launch Day, where players call the results before the run.
